David Bowie - Best of Seven Months In America Live - LP
David Robert Jones (8 January 1947 10 January 2016), known professionally as David Bowie, was an English singer, songwriter and actor. He was a leading figure in popular music for over five decades, acclaimed by critics and other musicians for his innovative work. His career was marked by reinvention and visual presentation, his music and stagecraft significantly influencing popular music. During his lifetime, his record sales, estimated at 140 million albums worldwide, made him one of the world's best-selling music artists.

Best Of Seven Months In America sorti en juillet 2017 (1 CD ; Cult Legends CL72760) puis le 11 novembre 2022

Citation:
Iggy Pop, live at the Civic Auditorium, Santa Monica, CA on 15th April 1977. The Iggy/Bowie period is a sharp document of hedonism and salvation. Two rock stars sought salvation from the narcosis of LA, and moved to West Berlin, a move that would not only give birth to Bowie s celebrated Berlin period and resulting trilogy, but take Iggy Pop from the gutters to the stars with his first two solo albums in 1977. Back on the road with The Idiot and the impending Lust For Life, Iggy bounces back to life for the 30 date Rock Around The World tour, stopping at Santa Monica s Civic Auditorium on the way. Backed by Bowie himself and the formidable Sales brothers, Iggy explores his new lease of life with the usual swagger and onstage psychosis. Pitching Fun House against The Idiot was sure gonna be one to watch! Protus proudly presents the entire original King Biscuit Flower Hour broadcast of Iggy Pop at the Civic Auditorium, Santa Monica, CA from 15th April 1977. Professionally re-mastered original broadcast with background liners, interviews and rare photos capturing the period. Legendary performance from the Civid Auditorium, Santa Monica Includes the entire King Biscuit Flower Hour broadcast. Includes exclusive interviews with Iggy Digitally remastered for greatly enhanced sound quality Background liners

David Bowie & Tin Machine : Japon 1992 The Classic Budokan Broadcast prévu le 7 décembre 2018 (1 CD ; Golden Rain) => 23 novembre 2018 ?

Citation:
Superb 1992 Broadcast Recording From Tokyo Featuring David Bowie on lead vocals, sax and guitar, Reeves Gabrels on guitar, Tony Fox Sales on bass, and his brother Hunt Sales on drums, Tin Machine received mixed reviews upon the release of their eponymous first album, in 1989. But as Tony Sales pointed out at the time, -;Mainly, people are mad because David's not doing 'David Bowie. After the album, and a short tour, the band went on hiatus while Bowie undertook his Sound & Vision, solo tour. In 1992, Tin Machine signed with new label Victory Records and recorded their second LP, Tin Machine II. In its wake, the group undertook a longer live jaunt, beginning 5th October 1991 and running through to 17th February 1992. Titled the It s My Life Tour , it began in Dublin, and visited a number of cities in Europe and North America, before taking on an Asian leg in January 92, consisting of 13 gigs in Japan. The final date of the tour found Tin Machine performing at Tokyo s Budokan Hall (now known as the Nikon Budokan), for a show that was broadcast on both local TV and across FM Radio. One of the tour s finest shows, this CD now captures this dynamic concert in full, providing fans that were not lucky enough to attend, a chance to experience this quite extraordinary event for the first time.

Iggy Pop et David Bowie : At the Mantra Studios, 1977 prévu le 30 novembre 2018 (1 LP ; Lively Youth 0634438767589) => 14 décembre 2018

Small Club Broadcast prévu le 11 janvier 2019 (1 CD ; Good Ship Funke GSF037) => 4 janvier 2019 => 11 janvier 2019

Citation:
EXTRAORDINARY PARIS BROADCAST FROM BOWIE S SMALL SCALE HOURS TOUR Released on 4th October 1999, Hours - David Bowie s 21st studio album - was the first record by a major artist to be available to download in its entirety from the internet. Bowie had composed the songs for the album with guitarist Reeves Gabrels, who also appeared on the album. The Hours tour took in just eight live shows, with gigs played in London, Dublin, Vienna, Milan, Copenhagen, and on 14th October, at Paris s Élysée Montmartre. Filmed for broadcast both in Europe and across the US, this special concert is now available on CD for the first time . Featuring a band made up of ex-Helmet guitarist Page Hamilton, Mark Plati on lead and rhythm guitar, Gail Ann Dorsey on bass, Sterling Campbell on drums and the ubiquitous Mike Garson on keyboards (who else?), this small club show is all at once dynamic, intimate, and yet somewhat extraordinary, and has to be heard to be truly appreciated. For reasons still somewhat unclear, Mr Gabrels was nowhere to be seen.

The 1980 Floorshow prévu le 8 février 2018 (2 LP ; Parachute ; vinyle noir)
The 1980 Floorshow prévu le 8 février 2018 (2 LP ; Parachute ; vinyle clair)

Citation:
The 1980 Floor Show was the first appearance by David Bowie since his much publicised retirement on 3rd July 1973 at the Hammersmith Odeon. It was also to be his last appearance as Ziggy Stardust. The show itself was a spectacular stage production that was filmed over three days, mostly at The Marquee Club, Soho, London, for the American NBC TV late night show The Midnight Special. The idea for the show came when Bowie was approached by Burt Sugarman to create something for The Midnight Special rock series. Bowie's idea was a highly theatrical cabaret extravaganza featuring him and various rock groups and artists, performing in a futuristic setting. The result was edited down to fit the one-hour rock series slot and was shown on American NBC-TV on 16th November 1973. Apart from a short segment used on Top Of The Pops, it has never been fully screened in the UK, while still being regularly shown on US TV. Filming at the Marquee was carried out on the 18th, 19th and 20th October, with Bowie personally choosing the setting for the show, after first considering the possibility of a full-scale live concert (rejected by the NBC as too expensive). This release features the entire broadcast on vinyl for the first time, with, alongside Bowie and the Spiders, The Troggs, Marianne Faithful, and the today little known Carmen, a Brit/American ‘flamenco/rock’ ensemble, rarely heard of since.

Live prévu le 25 janvier 2019 (10 CD ; Route1 / Master Music / Reel To Reel 505574 8520025)
